I’ve been using this coffee maker for a while now, and overall, I’m impressed with its performance. The design is sleek and compact, making it easy to fit on my kitchen counter without taking up too much space. Very happy with this, unfortunately after a couple of months (right after the return date of course lol) the lights on the pod side quit working, I emailed the support people who responded same day which was nice! They sent a replacement which I had within a few days super happy with the company they were very friendly and helpful! The coffee pot it’s self is great other then the small pod water holder which you’ll see in the video love it! Recommend it for the price it works great and easy to clea
Brews great coffee! Hubby uses the k pod side and it brews that good too! I used the one cup in the k pod side and the coffee was good, just took about 5 minutes to brew, but was very good! Only got 4 stars because, like many other reviews, the power light went out after about 2 weeks and once in a while will light back up. I just press where it is at to turn the coffee maker off. Is a great dual coffee maker so far, but have only used it just shy of 6 months. Lasted longer than the Kreug dual coffee maker, which only lasted about 45 days and died!

Je l’ai reu hier, facile suivre les instructions, a vient avec un cne, pas besoin de papier et une cuillre pour la mesure. Fonctionne trs bien, cran tactile facile suivre. Trs jolie cafetire.
Spills
Love it, aside from when it pours everywhere instead of into a cup or carafe.Keurig side sometimes won’t pop the bottom of the kcup and you don’t know till there’s coffee pouring all in your floor and counter. The carafe side is great,quick, gets very hot. Underneath the entire thing will be soaked in coffee at random. Haven’t figured out why.The buttons are great easy to read easy to learn to use.Cant use both sides at once.
