I have a 6 months old baby and he is now rolling everywhere. This bedrail helps me protect him from rolling over the bed. It is super easy to assemble took my wife and I about 30 minutes. We got it up and ready to go. I love how I can lower it when it is not in used. It’s super convenient. It has protected my baby several times from hitting the floor already. Though they do fall between the net which is by design. It’s a must have if you have a very active baby.
This was just what I was looking for. I needed something sturdy that didn’t actually have to be bolted or tied to the bed and this is it. Easy to put together if you follow directions. My grandson is 10 months in the video and 20 lbs and is standing holding onto the rail shaking it in the video. The sides are easy to lower to get out and size is good for my queen size bed. I don’t have a headboard so there is some space between the rail and the wall. I knew that before I purchased though because I measured my bed. Usually to get in and out I only need to lower one side. It’s a little bit more pricey than other products of the same type but I wanted one that didn’t need to be attached to the bed. I have a bed with an adjustable base and there is nothing that you can attach it to.
It’s nice and stable. But it doesn’t work so good if your baby is already standing and put all weight on it.
But for just crowding baby – perfect.

I’m very satisfied with this bed rail. The materials are sturdy, and once assembled, the entire frame feels very solid and secure. It also comes with additional reinforcement for extra stability.
One feature I really appreciate is the double-lock design (both upper and lower locks), which helps prevent children from accidentally opening the rail. Another thoughtful detail is that the top metal bar is wrapped with a layer of protective foam, providing extra cushioning to help protect kids from bumps and knocks.
Installation was also very easy. The instructions provided by customer service were clear and easy to follow, and I was able to finish the entire installation in about 30 minutes.
Highly recommended! After purchasing and trying several different bed rails, this is the only one that truly feels like it was designed with the real needs of new parents in mind.
First of all, installation is incredibly easy and there is no need to struggle with lifting or moving a heavy mattress, which is especially important for postpartum moms and much easier on the back. The adjustable height is also a fantastic feature, and I love that each side can be raised or lowered independently. It makes getting in and out of bed, picking up the baby, and handling everyday routines so much more convenient.
The installation options are also very flexible. Depending on your bed frame, you can choose either a drilled or no-drill setup, so there is a practical way to secure the rails to almost any type of bed.
What I appreciate most is the sense of security it provides. Compared with traditional short, single-panel bed rails, this full-height enclosed design feels significantly safer. Even after your baby learns to crawl, pull up to stand, or walk, the generous height gives you much greater peace of mind.
Any parent who has cared for a baby alone knows that unexpected situations come up constantly, and sometimes you need to step away briefly to handle something. Your baby’s safety is always the number one priority, and having a secure setup like this makes a huge difference.

We have an existing bed rail that is a no name brand which worked ok but is succumbing to our 1 year old son who is able to stand and pull down on it with all his weight. We bought this bed rail to replace it. We are very pleasantly surprised by the build quality and design. The top frames are made of rectangular sections that are much sturdier. The mattress corners are well thought out as there are protective covers to hide the sharp edges. It wasn’t the case with our previous bed rail and we kept hitting our shins on it. The latches have double locks to prevent our son from accidentally unlatching. The latch design is also more ergonomic and easier to operate than our previous bed rail. We have a queen bed and this fits perfectly. The panels are also taller than our previous bed rail. Where the old one only came up to our son’s chest, this almost comes up over his head. This helps us sleep better as he tends to wake up and play in the early morning when my wife and I are still asleep. We don’t have worry about him pulling himself over the bed rails. I really like that the corner caps have a screw to anchor them so that our son won’t be able to undo the. The installation took about 45 minutes to an hour and was fairly easy to follow along the assembly instructions.
I originally got one of the other sets of bed rails available on Amazon (which all basically look the same) and the first night one side bent/broke with very light pressure. We returned that one.
We then got this one because it said it had thicker metal. It was so much better made it’s like someone got the other type I originally ordered and fixed 90% of the poor design elements.
Things that are better:
1. The thickness of the metal; you can feel the difference in weight just lifting the box it comes in. Once put together it’s quite stable feeling.
2. The corners that go under the mattress; they come welded together with an extra support so they aren’t individually slipping around as you construct it.
3. The lifting and lowering devices; these work very easily and are well designed
4. The side that is open towards the headboard has the underneath support across the bottom that hold the side together better
5. The corner top connection caps actually come with screws to screw in. The other versions just pop on and off constantly.
6. The foam that lines the top beams is higher quality and fits better
7. Easier to click the pieces together because on some of the pieces it has a slight lip that helps guide it

The only negative is that there was a seam that wasn’t sewed together properly and arrived with a hole but everything was so much better than the other version by different company that I’m still giving it 5 stars.
