Lessened Morning Headaches
I have had a stiff neck and get migraines easily for a lot time and was looking for relief. The pillow really has helped with my neck stiffness and I have not been waking up to headaches anymore. You can use each function (heat, stretch, or massage) on there own or select auto and the pillow rotates through each for a short time. It is probably personal preference but I like the auto function. It give me heat the whole time which is really relaxing while vibrating and stretching my neck. I was worried about the cost but it was worth the money spent to avoid waking up with migraines. The only thing I would change is the massage feature- it really just vibrates I wish it had a real massage feel. Other then that though the quality is good and I am really benefiting from the purchase.
Relaxes my cervical pain.
If you have cervical neck issues this is a really nice gadget. It is firm and made of good materials. It holds your head and neck in the proper spot without arching it or putting any curve to it. The heat feels nice along with the massage. It helps relax the pain and allow me to get some decent sleep for a while. 10/10 would recommend and get again.
