Customer service
After about eight months, one camera would repeatedly go offline. I tried resetting the system, changing the cable and the Ethernet port it was plugged into, still same issue. Emailed customer service, they responded next day with some questions, and about a week later had a new camera shipped to my door. It was a hassle free experience
Setting up the system is no different than buying a new phone or computer, just follow instructions and you’re good.
The hardest part and most time consuming is installing cameras, fishing/hiding the cables.
Mobile app is straight forward and can view cameras from anywhere with no monthly fees, on multiple phones.
System is easy to use, good quality, fair price.

his camera has been way better than I expected for my business. The video quality is super clear, even at night, and the motion detection is pretty spot on—not too sensitive, but still catches what matters. The app is easy to use (took me a minute to get used to it, but no big deal), and everything runs smoothly. Setup was simple, and the fact that there’s no monthly fee is a huge plus. When i ask quetions about camara ,customer service was quick to solved my problem. I definitely recommend!

I purchased the 6 – 5MP camera system with Pre-Installed 3TB HDD and NVR (Base Station)
This comes with everything you need to set the system up including mounting hardware and cables.
Plugged in a camera and turned it on to test and it immediately showed the camera on the TV and is always recording.
Has a Phone App and Computer App. Phone app is available on the play store but the PC app required me to contact an email address where they replied with a download link. It is a little odd but this is how you are instructed to do so in the manual. They did get back to me in a timely manner with the link and clear instructions to get it setup.
All 3 methods of controlling the cameras are pretty simple to use. You can setup motion notifications and exclusion zones, move the cameras around, watch playback (which is pretty responsive, even over the internet).
One feature that I like is that is has Person and Automobile detection. This is then marked on they playback timeline so you can easily find when activity happened without having to scroll through if you didn’t know what time you needed to look for. (This is a feature often only included in other manufacturers subscription services)
5MP Camera Picture quality is fine but not great. Enough to see clearly what is happening but not enough to get fine detail. I am able to read license plates of cars that pull up in my driveway but not of cars that are driving past. (My driveway is in the pics) Maybe the 4k cams would be worth it if you wanted better detail.
Cameras also have 2-way audio which is clear enough to have a conservation through.
For the price of what you are getting and not having to pay subscription this is a great value.
It came with:
NVR with 3TB HDD Installed (not sure brand or model HDD)
6 – 5MP Cameras with PTZ ( Pan, Tilt, Digital Zoom) with mounts and hardware. They mount with 4 small screws, the cameras are very light and can mount to anything. I have them mounted to my siding under the soffits and that is strong enough. Cameras have a RJ-45 cable, DC barrel connector, and reset button coming off of them. Only the POE RJ-45 is required. They also have a port on the bottom with a Micro-SD slot for local recording directly from the camera and a reset button.
3 – 64′ & 3 – 100′ Cat5e cables of a lower quality but work perfectly fine. 100′ will reach all the way across most houses, I probably could have been fine with only 64′ runs.
A mouse to control the NVR directly when connected to the TV.
An HDMI cable and 3ft Cat5e cable to connect to network.
NVR connectivity includes:
8 – RJ-45 POE connections for cameras so 2 additional cameras could be added to this NVR than what was included.
1 – RJ-45 connection to connect to your network. This does not have WiFi.
1 – HDMI connection for TV.
2 – USB A ports for mouse and keyboard presumably.

Tengo usando estas cmaras hace algunos meses. Para m no fue muy sencillo configurarlas sobre todo porque mi ingls es muy imperfecto pero adems no son sencillas en mi opinin. La calidad de la imagen es decente pero no dira que es 4K sobre todo porque prcticamente no alcanzas a ver la placa de los autos. La otra cosa es que se desconectan con bastante frecuencia principalmente del monitor y hay q quitar y poner los conectores del monitor una y otra vez lo cual es bastante tedioso. Si no hablas ingls y no tienes quien hable por ti no te molestes en llamar a atencin al cliente porque ser intil. Fuera de estos varios inconvenientes las sigo usando como se puede ya que al menos tienen espacio suficiente para grabaciones, lo bueno es que no hay que pagar suscripciones y en general pueden cubrir lo bsico.
