This review is for the Copper-Head UV Pocket Hose. The hose comes with a “Pocket Pivot” that connects at the spigot and moves around with the direction of the hose. I purchased the expandable hose with a usable length of 75 Ft. The hose also comes with a10 Pattern Thumb Sprayer. This is the “As-Seen on TV” pocket hose. Normally I do not buy any of the As-Seen on TV products. However, this one seems to have good consumer reports, so I thought I’d give it a try. The pivot works well, it’s lightweight and most likely made of some type of aluminum. The 10 Pattern Sprayer is surprisingly good quality and made from the same material with a rubber grip. It’s two early to tell how well the hose will hold up, if it last 5 or 6 years, it’s money well spent. If it doesn’t, it is money down the drain, as you can buy other brands for half the cost that last at least 3 years before they break. The hose comes with three extra rubber gaskets so I do not expect any leakage from the connection point. We have had the hose around trees, up and down the garden areas and it has never tangled. The hose is very light so moving around, washing cars and watering the lawn is easy. And when you are done, it does collapse into a very small and manageable size. So, the features are there, time will tell if the quality and durability well be there as well.
This hose is not as durable as advertised. First time I used it and didn’t work. The hose itself was slit or had some other issue with the band inside because water leaked through the hose and did not reach the nozzle.
Update: I wrote to the manufacturer of the hose, Pocket Hose, regarding the defective hose. On May 30, 2026, they agreed to replace my hose under their warranty. On June 2, 2026, I received an email from them stating they recently updated their warranty policy to 30 days, and my notice was outside their 30-day warranty period. I then received an email from the seller of the hose, Bulb Head offering me a full refund on the hose. Something the manufacturer would not do. All I wanted was a replacement. I am changing my rating for the seller to 5 Stars for standing behind the sale of their product. Thank you, Bulb Head!

I wish I would have bought this a long time ago. Makes dragging a hose around to water flowers so simple. Very light and shrinks back down to nothing when you turn it off!
The Best Invention Ever!
As a female, age 75., in Fairly good shape, husband about to turn 80, nearly nlind with glaucoma, I can wholeheartedly testify this hose is the most fabulous invention I have ever come across. Easy to use, it is light, nothing gets tangled up, easy to put away. We first purchased a 50 ft. to make sure it does everything it’s suppose to do! We were so pleased we ordered a second one. We have a 75 ft and a 50ft. One for front yard and one for back yard. We are on a 11, 000 plus sq. Ft lot. Prior to these hoses we had 3 hose reels with very long rubber and heavy hoses to unwind and up. Picture shows the 75 ft coiled up in red container we store hose in sitting on back patio. 2nd pic is portion of backyard . Purchase one you won’t be sorry!
