Purchased for father’s day
After discussion my wife was kind enough to purchase this for me for Father’s Day. I really wanted something I could do with my kids that felt like a gift (for me) but that in the end I could (mostly) give to them.
We purchased it some time ago and so my review is based on a very low purchase price.
Was a lot of fun to watch my kids open packs they wouldn’t normally get. They got some great heavy upgrades and inspiration for new decks. While it was technically a “net win” on cost vs pulls I wouldn’t guess that would be the case if you paid current retail for it.
I had 5 fetch lands, 12 mythic pulls, concept art ulamog, x2 necrodomanice (1 retro foil frame), textured foil Subtlety, foil retro frame eladamri. You get the idea.all gas no brakes.. I bought during preorder price was around $373 USD. Packaging all good and intact no broken seal. I did however make sure the order was thru Amazon.com

The art direction is god-tier across the board, with some of the best card visuals Magic has ever released. Every pack is beyond fun to crack.

Between the stunning reprints, new mythics, and the sheer variety in every pack, this box is a wild ride from start to finish.
