Its Amazing with one problem
It works amazing and grow lights really do grow my plants and seeds! I am glad I bought this. The only issue is the greenhouse cover is super cheap quality and has already ripped open by the side of the zipper. You may have to buy a new plastic greenhouse cover at some point as it’s not made to last but they are usually pretty inexpensive.
In regards to some other reviews
I give this a total of 4.5 out of 5. I agree with other reviews of this not being a “long term” greenhouse but that being said, if I had the money to pay for something that is going to last 20+years, I would have either built it myself or paid the extra money. That being said, I feel this will at least give me 5 years of pre-spring growing if not more outside of maybe replacing the grow lights. I don’t agree with a lot of the reviews here. Since I read them before hand, I would like to comment on a few of them.
First off, I plugged in the lights expecting a certain order and found, they worked fine regardless of which order I had them in(outside of the obvious top panel). There are pins that need to be lined up and a plastic “nub” to line them up properly(look at photo). I feel like some people recklessly jammed these connections together then obviously had issues with them working(not saying that is what happened!!!Just a guess!!). The frame itself is pretty solid. I don’t notice any wobble or lean and feel safe putting not just seed trays on it but also supplies like water bottles, fert bottles and extra supplies. I had noticed a comment on the plastic smelling like a pool inflatable and want to add, yes it does but, I prefer it to smell that way right now because I know its “NEW”. As far as tears in the cover, again, I received a pretty solid product for what I paid for. I can see if you are reckless opening and closing the zipper, you are going to have issues. I personally am in no rush to get to or away from my plants myself so I see no issue for myself with the cover. It was more than big enough to put on the frame(I didn’t need to stretch or pull on it) and yet it is still snug on the frame as it should be.
I did not find the magnets for the lights weak. They held the light bars up no problem but, I’m guessing as safe measure, the company provided extra zipties for those who did have that problem. I loosely tied just one on each light in case they fell but feel that that was a pointless step for me. I found the magnets worked just fine.
All in all I think this is a 4.5 for cost, ease of build and I’m going ahead now to say it fills all of my check lists. My review loses the half point for the one and only reason of the light bars seem quite fragile or flimsy. I do expect to be replacing them within months but, maybe I won’t. I bought this specifically for the greenhouse, the lights were a bonus. I can buy what I need later in that regard if I need too.
Outside of that, this is a fantastic bang for your buck. I am really happy with this purchase and I recommend this product to others
Great size, quality and price for indoor seed starts
Excellent size and the lights on each tier are great. It’s a very easy setup. I would recommend using extra velcro or zapstraps like we did to hold the lights in place as they are magnetized and easy to bump and have them fall off otherwise.
I purchased this and it arrived on February 10th. I have some plants that were in some bad shape after leaving them outside on a particularly cold morning. One of them was a plant that I actually grown from a clipping my mother had over 30 years ago. This has done its job in more and just a month. I’ve watered the plants once. It keeps humidity. The lights work and they help everything grow. It’s pretty sturdy. I did buy a plastic tray with the same dimensions to go underneath it. I’m very happy with my purchase and I look forward to Growing Seeds and clippings in it for the rest of the year. I’ve included pictures of my Persian shield to show the growth.
I think this is a quality product for the money. It is easy to assemble, it’s very sturdy and the plastic is heavy-duty, as I had hoped. I just wish the ties to hold up the front opening were Velcro instead of a ribbon. No biggie, though. Some reviewers were dissatisfied because one or more of the light bars didn’t work. On my first attempt at plugging all of the bars together, 2 of mine didn’t work. Then, I re-configured the connections, and they ALL worked the second time around.
PROS: size, price, easy to assemble. Holds 8 seed starter trays. CONS: my one light is defective in that three prongs were smashed together (see picture) so this light is totally unusable. the magnets that hold the lights on the metal bar are not ideal and the lights fall easily. Overall, it works for my needs. I ordered another one without lights to start my herbs and veggies.. I have several grow lights already I can use. Hoping seller will reach out and replace the light. I emailed the company at the address they provided for support but have yet to hear back from them.

Grew so many starter vegetables with this. The light is incredible. I have bought other grower lights and they don’t compare the the ones the accompany the green house. It was easy to build, we have used it both indoor and outdoor.
My only complaint was that the plastic cover did at some point rip at the zipper. Despite this I still give it 5 starts as my garden was beautiful and I grew everything from seed using this green house. Highly highly recommend
This greenhouse is exactly what I wanted for my lithops. It goes together easily and the grow lights work great. The lights can be programmed to go on and off at 3, 6 or 12 hour intervals. I set mine for 12 hour intervals and they turn on and off automatically. The size fits perfectly on my patio without being in the way.
