Please note that it is not compatible with smartphones. This camera teleprompter provides a convenient solution for staying engaged in video conferences or livestreaming without having to look away from the camera at notes on a separate screen. Recommended reading distance – within 5m / 16.4ft.
- Must Work with 15mm LWS Baseplate: To ensure proper functionality, this teleprompter must be used with a 15mm rail support system (separately available ID: 2092B / 3067). This setup helps to alleviate pressure from the lens and protect the camera lens mount.
- Wide Lens Compatibility: The teleprompter can be mounted to the lens using the included silicone cover, which supports lenses with a diameter between 49mm and 95mm. There will be no vignetting when the focal lengthis equal to or greater than 22mm.
- App Control: The SmallGoGo App, available on Apple Store and Android Market, allows you to extract text from PDFs, pictures, Word documents, and TXT files, making them editable for use with the teleprompter.
- Modular Design: The lens hood can be quickly released for cleaning purposes. The teleprompter comes standard with a top flag to prevent glares and ghosting in complex environments. Additionally, it includes a 4 x 5.65" standard filter adapter for adding filters.

Great for our production company
Have always loved using Smallrigs products and this one is no different. We have a lot of clients who much prefer a teleprompter and one this size is so much easier. Highly recommend for anyone doing video production. Some people complained about the holder only being big enough for a cell phone, that’s not the case it does extend for iPad use.
Totally fine for what it is. Light weight. Fairly adjustable. The build leaves something to be desired but for the dollars, it’s not offensive.
The app sucks but the hardware works with any prompter app just fine.
I really like the design of this teleprompter, the text comes up really clear. The silicone boot that goes over the lens works great. One thing to check for is a second zip on the base of the bag, you will find the additional accessories hidden there. I had returned one unit thinking it was incomplete. The second one arrived and I noticed the second zipper. I mounted mine with some 15″ rails, you may need to improvise how you mount yours depending on camera model and lens. I am very happy with the quality of the unit.
Look, that I know of, it’s THE widest lens mounted teleprompter you can get.
I don’t think they make them like this elsewhere at any quality or any price. If they do, it wasn’t readily apparent on google.
Super high quality. Extremely well designed.
Lens mount is a gasket so it can quick swap multiple lenses.
Only drawback is that you need very tight tolerances in lens placement and all the adjustable parts to get it as wide as possible.
I was able to get about 16 to 17mm after fiddling with lots of little angles.

This is more than 5 stars for me. You can’t believe how far and wide I searched for a teleprompter that would finally do what this does.
Yes, it required slight modification for my very specific needs (see video). But it’s all perfectly functional.

Great teleprompter. Mounting is well thought out, only wish it came with a better iPad mount, I don’t trust the one it comes with, but you can easily mount different ones in its place. Great design.
I’ve been a videographer for over 20 years and as of late been acquainting myself with a basic Teleprompter from Amazon. Small rig has been a brand that I’ve invested heavily in in equipment, so when I saw this option, I jumped right in no questions asked! The brand is absolutely amazing and no different for this Teleprompter! It is by far well designed, quality built materials, easy to set up, and a huge value add to my workflow and production. What’s funny, is I believe the Teleprompter I had purchased in years past, is actually more than this one and not near the quality. If you are in the market for a Teleprompter, I promise you, YOU FOUND IT!!!
