This showerhead combo is very heavy, nice quality, mostly metal. Installation was quick, easy and self explanatory. All the washers were already pre-installed. I like the diverter option that allows you to choose between 3 different showerheads. Sharing the water pressure between 2 heads definitely lowers the pressure more than I like though. I may try to remove the pressure restrictors as another reviewer noted. I enjoy the rainfall head since it covers your entire body in water, no cold shoulders. The main showerhead is what I use the most but only on one or 2 of the settings. There are a couple settings that spray with such a fine mist, the water gets cooler and since I'm pretty short, I end up with a face full of mist. I noticed the main showerhead sometimes makes a chirping noise and the water pressure is a bit diminished compared to my old setup. The rainfall head tends to drip a bit after shutting the water off, requiring you to tilt and drain it to get it to stop. The handheld showerhead has a long flexible hose and multiple settings, including a power wash mode that works great for rinsing the shower stall. Overall, I'm happy with the setup, especially the quality.

WOW! I literally cannot even begin to tell you how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE this shower head system!

I’ve been spoiled with a nice big rain shower head for years, but didn’t like how I had to lean forward when I didn’t feel like washing my hair; or when I did it wash it how it was such a pain trying to completely rinse the shampoo/conditioner out of it. I’ve been playing with the thought of getting a handheld shower head but didn’t like how they were barely sitting on the cradle and an accidental bump would cause it to fall out and possibly hit my glass shower door. Then I saw this system!!!

I don’t know which part about it I love the most but here is what I love:

—The handheld cradle securely holds the head in place, even when you accidentally knock the line. Speaking of the line, it isn’t dangling away from the wall like most handhelds are, it’s actually right next to the wall so you won’t accidentally hit it when washing your hair.

—You can choose between using each head individually, or as a combination at the same time.
—The rain head covers your entire body and is soft and gentle…so relaxing!
—The main shower heads massage feature feels amazing on my lower back, (and is my favorite)!
—The handheld head has a fan feature that comes from the top of the head so you can use it to easily wash/rinse the shower walls. This function is a lifesaver when cleaning the shower, and in all honesty something I rarely did before because it was so difficult rinsing the cleaner off the walls without getting soaked in the process.
—The handheld has a switch to turn off the flow, (so does the main head but it’s not as convenient as the handheld). Yes some water will still leak/run down the handle, but it’s a switch and not supposed to be a watertight valve. Its designed for quick convenience so you can stop the flow of water for a short period of time so you don’t waste it while you lather up etc., (without having to turn off the shower and then adjusting the temperature after you turn it back on again).
—The kit comes with everything you need to install the unit, and to also remove the flow restricters which really enhances the overall experience of the heads. *Remember to put painters tape on the end of the wrench to prevent it from marring up the surface.

Removing the flow restricters is relatively easy with step by step instructions. I did have a little difficulty with removing the one in the main head and ended up cutting out the middle of it so I could get a better grip on the outside ring. Once the middle was removed the ring came out relatively easily.

I couldn’t be happier with this shower system and totally recommend it to anyone!

You cannot use all three showerheads at once they will not work. You can use any combination of two but the water pressure is terrible. But if you want three different options for showering and are OK with using one shower head at a time then by all means this may be for you.
