I have been looking for a griddle for my Spirit Weber grill to replace my indoor griddle. I wanted to be able to cook outdoors to make larger amount of pancakes, bacon, eggs etc. as well as smaller pieces of meat and fish. The clear benefit is no odors and heat in the house. The griddle easily handles a package of bacon or 15 eggs. The bacon grease gravitates to the rear to the trap, the griddle is very easy to clean and store. The griddle heats quickly and is evenly dispersed. I love this new addition to my grill.

Amazing griddle and well worth the price
I was looking for a large griddle to place on my gas range or barbecue that would replace the electric griddle I've used for 15 years now as it's always been too small. Faced with spending $75 or so to replace my worn out griddle with another, too small, electric one, I decided to look for something that would work on my gas range, utilizing the center, "griddle burner" and I came across this griddle. It is perfectly suited to my range as it covers the entire burner area, (which will allow me enough space to cook an entire breakfast on one griddle. However, based on past purchases, I was hesitant because I was concerned about the weight of the griddle and it's ability to distribute heat evenly across it's surface. Well, no worries there! This griddle is massive! It's solid and hefty with a heavy Teflon surface that will withstand years of use and that will distribute the heat evenly. It fits both the range and my new barbecue so I won't be limited to using it in just one place and I can store it in the barbecue as it's too big for our cabinet. I definitely recommend this griddle to those chefs out there that are dealing with too little grill space. This grill will do the job! Pros: 1) Made from very heavy steel with a heavy non-stick coating. 2) The handles are sturdy and they're constructed of high quality stainless steel, (I know this because I had to drill the mounting holes out). 3) It's large enough to handle some serious amounts of food. 4) It has a grease drainage path (good and bad in my case. Good on the bbq but bad on my range). Cons: 1) One handle on mine could not be mounted because the screw holes were under sized. I was able to drill them out but I destroyed my drill bit in the process. 2) The picture showed 1 small opening for the grease drain that I figured would be easy to block off when using it on my range. However, it has a full length drain along the back that I'm going to have to find a way to block as I don't want grease running onto the top of my gas range. Overall I very happy with this grill and can't wait to make breakfast for family and friends!!

If you get this make sure you see if it fits before the return windows closes. The dimensions are actually 23.6 x 18.4 and it does NOT fit in a Weber Spirit E-310 grill. It's close, but does not fit at all which is really disappointing. The seller says they will update their listing but when I ordered it the listed dimensions were wrong.

I ordered the STCNADCR Grill Flat Top Griddle Insert. I like that the flat surface of this product offers versatile cooking options. The grill top includes handles for easier portability. I like the non stick surface that provides quick clean up, but we used a silicone spatula for scratch resistant cooking. I did not like the fit of the grill insert for our Weber Silver B because it does not sit in correctly and the grill lid will not close completely. Overall, despite the fit, my husband and I enjoyed having a flat top surface for grilling.
