    This black privacy curtain with the U-shaped rod has been a great solution for my daughter’s place. She set it up in her living room to hide her crafting area, which can turn into a bit of a mess when she’s deep into a project. Now, when friends come over, she just pulls the curtain, and it neatly blocks everything—no stress about tidying up mid-craft. It’d also work awesome as a backdrop for video calls, which is a nice bonus.

    Installing it was straightforward, but we made sure to screw it directly into a stud for stability. The kit comes with drywall anchors, but we skipped those since we wanted it rock-solid, and it’s held up perfectly. The curtain glides easily and gives solid coverage. It’s been a practical and stylish fix for her space!

    It's really great, I got this as a way to have a neutral backdrop for my video calls since I work from home. This way I can just pull a big black curtain behind me and then there's no distractions behind me on camera during calls. It works great, the only downside is that you absolutely have to mount it on a really sturdy surface, you absolutely can't just use drywall anchors, it needs attached to like, a stud or a brick wall or similar.
