I've had several hand steamers over the years and this one is excellent. It is louder than others, but I don't care because it works much better.
Pros:
Great steam and hot plate did a better job than my previous steamers that relied only on steam and some pressure from a plastic hand wand to address wrinkles.
Hangs out of the way, saving floor space instead of a clunky thing on the floor.
Hose is thick quality but east to maneuver.
Ironed 2 weeks of hanging clothes in 15-20 minutes alternating between wool and cotton setting per item and only used half a tank of distilled water.
Good instruction manual that is simple and easy to read.
Easy to operate.
Overall seems like good quality.
Cons:
A little noisy, but ok by me - see my video.
A little heavier lifting up and down when using on hanging clothes. It is an iron and steamer so has more and heavier parts in the hand piece. Honestly I was afraid it would be heavier than it is considering the parts, and the weight is acceptable to me -but be prepared if you're accustomed to a really light plastic only piece like I've previously had.
Follow up to the overall good quality comment above - my biggest criticism of this unit is the sticker on the LED screen. Looks like a 2nd grader cut it out with safety scissors and it's crooked. See pic.
I just received it today so I can only hope it lasts.
I'm still giving it 5 stars even with the 2nd grade sticker because that doesn't deter from the performance.

The detachable 1.2L water tank is a great size—enough for several garments in one go—and the auto-off feature adds peace of mind. It also looks really modern and doesn’t take up too much space.
A few small cons:
It’s slightly bulkier than I expected, so not ideal if you’re really short on storage.
The water tank can be a bit tricky to click in and out the first few times.
It’s a bit on the pricier side, but the quality and features justify the cost in my opinion.
Overall, if you’re looking for a solid, efficient iron/steamer combo that can handle all types of clothing with ease, this is definitely worth it. Great investment for both everyday touch-ups and deeper ironing sessions!

When the item arrived inside the box was the base unit, the handheld steamer portion, instruction manual, a funnel for filling the removable water tank and mounting hardware.
Must first impression was the fact that this unit is extremely well constructed and solid. There is absolutely no cheap parts for this unit. No assembly is required for it as the hose is attached to the base and the handheld portion. Usually for such a device there is some assembly required. The only assembly that may need to be done is if your are going to hang it you need to install the mounting bracket. I chose not to hang it.
After reading the instructions carefully (which I highly recommend) it was time to test it. The first thing I had to do was add water. Normal tap water is not recommend but instead you need to use distilled water. This prevents any calcium deposits from forming and clogging the unit. You need to push a button below the water tank to have it pop out then simply pull it out. Using the included funnel simply add water to fill the tank. Once done put it back in and power up the unit so it gets to operating temperature. Once ready, chose the mode you want to use using the push buttons on the handle and set the fabric you are going to steam.
This unit works like a dream and does a great job. I love the fact you can rotate the head of the wand for different applications as well.
My overall impression of this unit is this steamer is well worth the investment and I highly recommend it. This is an absolute 5 star item across the board.
