    Bought this "refurbished" Ninja and was so excited to use it. Opening the box to find so much tape on the actual cookware... took me 30 min to peel it all off.
    FF to the next day... ready to sear my beautiful roast.... NOT!!!
    This thing is not refurbished at all... I feel like they sent me someone else's return. Wouldnt even stay on, seared for a min then said "BYE"
    Went onto several youtubes for help, also tried Ninja tech support but the link offered was a blank page. Super irritated and will NEVER buy a "REFURBISHED" item again.
