I was skeptical. I overthink when I read reviews, but I'm so glad I got it. It's reallyyyyyyy comfortable and did not have a bad smell at all, I still put it in a clean laundry basket outside and let it air for a few hours anyways.
It's definitely more soft than firm. A lil softer than true medium, but firmer than my previous latex pillows (RIP)
REMEMBER, try it for a few days, not everyone has the same pillow needs and wants. Return it if you don't like it, but it was a good purchase at the price point

Standard size pillows are softer than queen!
I bought a standard size pillow. I loved it but wanted bigger. I ordered a queen size from the same manufacturer but from another seller. It came slightly harder, still soft. Because I really wanted the soft one I ordered queen size from the same seller that I bought the standard one from...and! To my surprise it came slightly harder again! The bottom line, these are soft pillows BUT! Standard size is softer than Queen!
