Matching white and coffee-coloured marbleised checkers that will dazzle your opponent long enough for you to capture their blot. Wondering what blots are? Don’t worry, instructions along with everything needed to play the game are included: 2 sets of checkers (total 30 pieces), 2 sets of dice (total 4 pieces), 1 doubling cube, and 2 dice cups for rolling.
At Mattera creating beautiful classic board games became our passion project. We were bored of the traditional brown and white backgammon boards that we came across time and time again. We set out on a mission to bridge the gap between fabulous design and functionality. We still wanted our board to have an element of tradition, which is why we incorporated the white and coffee coloured points and backgammon pieces (checkers) into the game. However the mint green interior felt brings an interesting modern twist.
