You can turn on the "Overwrite" button so the new recordings will automatically cover the old ones when HDD gets full.

Our cameras support T-568B connectors and CAT5, CAT6, CAT7 with 8 PIN Ethernet cables so you can use Cat6/7 ones. When using Cat5e or upper, the cables can be up to 330 feet
Does this camera system work offline without internet?
Yes, you can liveview and playback the video on your local monitor, the recording goes on with an HDD inserted in the NVR, even without the Internet. Internet is only required when needing remote access and playback via App or PC while you're outside
