I am updating my review to 5 Stars because the seller reached out to me directly and has made things right. I really do like the keyboard for a number of reasons and I believe my unit issue was a 1-off problem.
Also, incredibly important to me is the way the seller goes out of their way to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases!

The keyboard is nice, but there is a major issue with the bluetooth pairing (at least on mine). There are supposed to be 3 separate connections to connect multiple devices, but only 1 will work.
I connected my primary computer and everything was great. When I setup my laptop as the 2nd connection, it seemed to go smoothly, but it actually overwrote my first connection on channel 1. I tried again, putting my desktop on channel 2 and it did the same thing.
I was able to make the keyboard work for me, by putting the USB fob on the laptop and using the USB channel while keeping my desktop on BT channel 1.
Maybe mine is just a dud, but it works for now and I’ll choose a different brand when I need more than 2 devices programmed in.
Still, I certainly can’t recommend this to anyone.

Have had it for a little under a year. Works perfectly, feels a bit like a Mac keyboard in terms of how the keys click and release. Have only had to charge it once or twice in almost a year. Good quality at a fair price
