• Why is it important to shake the resin bottle before use?

  Color pigments may settle at the bottom. To ensure even distribution and successful prints, shake the resin bottle for 30 seconds to 1 minute before pouring it into the resin vat. Without shaking, it may cure unevenly, leading to print failures.

• Where can I download 3D models on the internet?

• How to store 3D printing resin properly?

  Store resin in a cool, dark place in its original container with the lid tightly sealed to prevent contamination and degradation.

• I use a non-Phrozen printer. How do I find the right resin settings for my machine?​

  Phrozen resins work with any 405nm LCD/MSLA printer, and we now offer officially tested settings for non-Phrozen printers too. Go to phrozen3d.com, find "Resin Profiles" under Support. Now available for Saturn 4 Ultra 16K, more models coming soon.​
