This has worked really well for us in a variety of settings. I often shoot with this on the FX30 and have to match its footage to the FX6 with its internal ND. Never had trouble getting them to match.
The description indicated the lens cap would fit over this, and it doesn’t. (This goes on my 35mm f1.4 GM.)
Good build quality, very rich feeling. It fits well without any loose parts or shaking. Solid glass coating but it is not compatible with lens cap. My only complaint is that it’s not a hard stop. when adjusting the nd or cpl the whole thing moves and it a little frustrating having to adjust it back. other than that it’s amazing. Has some weight to it too but manageable
I’ve always used kf filters but this one blew me away. It’s a little heavy but the build quality is amazing. The polarizing effect excels some high quality name brand filters. No color shift with the nd filter. Helps get amazing image quality SOOC. Don’t let the price scare you. It’s a worthy investme
