Wished i had invested years ago
I didn’t really understand projectors and thought it was all too high tec .Anyway My husband and i were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and i wanted to Put all our picture memories on a stick and display them on the side of out caravan. So i invested in this projector. I also bought a Roku tv stick after reading other reviews .To be fair i was expecting either it would be too complicated to work, or the picture to blurry to see. Within 2 minutes of switching this on it was set up to the wall in my living room and i had music on through you tube and was dancing the night away. What a fantastic gadget .Picture quality is brilliant. And i can’t begin to explain how easy it is to set up. Plug in and play. My Daughter called me over Alexa and she could see the picture clear from her end . She now plans to purchase one for her home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend getting this projector. It is Well worth the money.
Good value, good picture
Good projector for the price, easy setup.
What I use mine for is my 4k amazon fire stick, works fine even if you use your regular fire stick. (pictures of UHD 4K fire stick setup). Remote has good options, but would be better with a colour correction screen to manually set color. You can set the colors but if your not tech savvy, it’s a pain but still easy to switch between 4 saved inputs. ( cool, warm, default, vivid).
Picture is good but not great but is expected, so no worries there. Fan is a little noticeable if using 5.1 surround sound and your close to the projector, however if your not close to it you shouldn’t notice it.
You can attach anything via HDMI, USB with files on or a small memory card slot, again with files on.
There is no option for apps to be installed to the device which I’ve seen some people asking, use a USB stick with your. Mov or. Mp4 files on, or the same with your memory card slot.
I do recommend buying a 120″ projector screen to get the full scale of the home movie effect but you don’t need to go that big. My screen is a foldable stretchy material screen, bought from amazon for around 16 I think.
Overall good for value, recommended if you don’t have to spend, basically the ones that cost upwards of 200- 600+ are not worth it really, this does the same job.
