- OUR SUBSTANTIAL 1000 THREAD COUNT PILLOW CASES QUEEN SIZE SET OF 2 HAS EARNED THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING SEAL: Choose this pillowcase if you prefer thick, smooth, structured cotton with a weighty feel. Made from single-ply 100% long-staple cotton in a sateen weave, it is breathable, comfortable in all seasons, and can get softer with washing. It has a subtle luminous sheen, but it is not a lightweight, slippery, or silky-thin pillowcase. Simple open-end design (no zippers) with a tailored 4" hem.
