• Is this pan safe to withstand higher temp pan frying / pan searing similar to stainless or cast iron?

  Yes, BUT our pan stands apart from traditional cast iron, stainless steel pans by heating up with exceptional speed. Having no food/oil while heating high or pre-heating might damage the coating. So please refrain from long pre-heating at high temps.

• Is it safe to use the Pan with metal utensils?

  While the pan is built to be durable, we advise against using metal utensils to maintain the integrity of the coating. We provided a complimentary silicone spatula to help preserve the pan's quality for enduring, superior cooking performance.

• What is the Patended Green Shield Technology?
