Polling rate (Hz)：Number of data frames sent to the host per second.

Latency (ms)：Time from pressing a button to host response.

So a 1000Hz polling rate does not mean the delay is 1000ms/1000 time= 1ms; 1ms is just the interval between each frame of data, not the

actual delay.

A: Not really, every frame of data reported by the controller takes tirme for the computer to process, but the frame rate output by the computer for rendering is limited.
