• Does it work with all cars?

  The device is compatible with cars equipped with wired Apple CarPlay. It will not work with vehicles without CarPlay, or those using Tesla and BMW systems.

• Can I install any app I want?

  It includes built-in apps like YouTube, Netflix, Spotify, Prime Video, and IPTV. You can replace one via the App Hub if needed, but third-party apps are not supported.

• Should I turn off the infotainment system after parking?

  Usually, it shuts off automatically in 3–5 minutes. If not, please turn it off manually before leaving the car.

• Can I download movies to my phone and watch them offline through this device?

  No. It doesn’t support downloading or storing movies on your phone. Offline playback works only via USB drive or built-in streaming apps.

• Can others use their phones while connected?
