This is because the unlocking direction is set to the opposite direction, just set the correct direction in the settings menu.
How to connect to the app?
Press the * and # keys to enter the settings menu, press 3 to enter system settings, press 3 to enter function settings, and press 1 to enter network settings. At this time, Open the app and it will automatically scan for the lock to be added.
