Why the battery is not working?
Some WB400P had minimal power upon leaving the factory, and due to power depletion during international shipping, it automatically locked up for self-protection, therefore, it needed to be activated before normal use.
Tips about the battery maintain.
1. Please charge the battery to approx.60% before being placed for a long time; 2. If the battery has ceased use for over 3 months, please make a full recharge; 3. When not using it for a long time, please do not install the battery into the flash.
