    The product will Work when it is only placed in water. Short – press the button to start up the machine. If an alarm sound is triggered when not submerged in water, it indicates a successful startup.

  • How should we properly store the pool cleaner if it won't be used for a long time?

    First of all, turn off the pool cleaner after use.

    Secondly, clean the bottom of the pool robot and the filter thoroughly, and let the water dry.

    Finally, fully charge the machine and then store it indoors.

  • How should we troubleshoot when the robot gets stuck or stops working?

    Doesn't Turn on : Check power supply, cables, or control board

    Pump not running: Inspect pump motor

    Pump runs but machine doesn't move: Clogged filter (primary suspect) – Clean or replace filter. Remove and rinse the filter under running water

  • Will it give a prompt when the cleaning is completed or when the battery is low?

    When task – completed, it auto – returns & docks against wall, no audio/light prompt.

    When battery – low, its light turns red, auto – returns & docks, no audio prompt.

  • Can it be used in a swimming pool with an irregular shape? My swimming pool is neither circular nor rectangular.
