Usually the temperature of the water outlet is around 92°C (197°F), and coffee temperature is above 70°C (158°F). But the longer the holding time, the lower the temperature will be, and after one hour the temperature will be around 66°C (150.8°F).
Why is the actual amount of brewed coffee less than the amount of water added to the water tank?
1-Part of the water evaporates in the filter; 2-Coffee powder absorbs part of the water
Why can't the coffee beans in the bean hopper fall into the grinder during the grinding process?
Dark roasted coffee beans are too greasy, and the blade is attached with oily substances, causing blockage; it is recommended to use light and medium roasted coffee beans and clean them regularly.
