This body camera only supports FAT32 format TF card, you can only format the memory card on the body camera's setting menu. Computer formatting may cause system compatibility problems
Why does it only have about 59GB of memory when I look at it on my computer?
All memory manufacturers in the world produce the memory according to 1000 MB = 1 GB, while the computer recognizes the camera according to 1024 MB = 1 GB. For more information please Google
Why is the image upside down?
The camera can be rotated 180°, if the image is inverted, you can enter the menu to set or short press the volume down key to rotate the screen
How do I install the clip?
Please makesure the angle first, and then tighten the nut (Rotate the clip counterclockwise or it will loose). See Main Image Video for more
