Does the camera need to be plugged in to work? Or can you charge it & it will work wirelessly?
This camera needs to be plugged in all the time to work.
How to connect the camera to the app?
First, you need to download the “ARINTI” app, register a new account or log in directly, reset the camera until the red light flashes. Follow the step instructions on your smart phone to add the monitor, and scan the QR code with your camera.
Can I connect the camera to two phones?
Yes you can. Two phones need two different accounts to log in, and you can view the camera screen on both phones at the same time by clicking Share Device in Settings.
Does it have the ability to flip the image if you want to mount the camera upside down?
Yes it does. The steps are as follows: open the app-your camera -settings-image settings- screen flip.
What does it mean when the blue light on the camera keeps flashing?
If the camera keeps flashing blue, it is usually because of poor network. Please reset the camera and add it to the app again, or reset the router. If the problem is still not solved, please contact our after-sales team for help.
