Why does the machine not work?

Ensure the machine is fully charged before use, as a low battery may prevent proper functioning.

Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds and wait for 1 minute when the machine is in the pool, as there is a 1-minute interval before it starts.

Could it work on a sloped pool bottom?

Dear customer, this automatic pool cleaner is suitable for Flat Bottom Pool Angle<15°. Moreover, pls it fits different material in pools, like cement, vinly, mosaic.

Has anyone used this on an irregular shaped pool? mine is neither round nor rectangular….

As long as it is a flat bottom pool you won’t have any problem …. The manual have explanation, there is an adjustment with the wheels then you will done!

Why does the machine stop by the wall and not reverse?

– Ensure the machine is fully charged before use to avoid automatic parking due to low power.

– Check for any foreign objects or wrinkles at the bottom that may obstruct the device.

– Confirm that both outlet flappers open and close

Why is there no rubber plug in the charging port?

This product does not come with a rubber stopper, Because the rubber plug will block water and cause corrosion of the corner pins.
