Ingredients

Mixed fruit flavour food supplement with amino acids, betaine, caffeine, plant extracts, vitamins and minerals, with sweetener. Contains caffeine (300 mg per daily serving). Not recommended for children or pregnant women.

Directions

SUGGESTED USE: Take one serving (~2 level scoops) of C4® Ultimate mixed with 700 ml of water 20-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed recommended dose of 1 serving per day.
