Matters Requiring Special Attention

1. Why is the received product not transparent?

To prevent damage to the board, we have a protective film on the front and back sides of the board. Please remove the protective film after receiving the product.

2. Why is the received presentation box not assembled?

Because our boards are all high-definition transparent organic boards, the probability of damage during transport after assembly is extremely high. Therefore, you need to install the products yourself after receiving the package (we can provide installation videos for you)

3.What should I do if the product is damaged during transport?

This product is fragile. If you find any damage after receiving the package, please contact us and tell us which acrylic panel is damaged (please provide a photo of the damaged product). We have received your photo and confirmed with you which acrylic panel is damaged. We will arrange to send the damaged acrylic panel to you as soon as possible.

4. Points to pay attention to when splicing display boxes

After receiving the product and checking it without any errors, remove the protective film and vertically splice the corresponding acrylic board to the board at a 90 degree angle (our acrylic boxes are divided into two types: with rivets and without rivets)
