Does this camera support 5Ghz network?
This camera only supports 2.4Ghz netowrk, 5Ghz is not supported. If you are using dual-band netowrk, please make sure the camera connect to the 2.4Ghz network.
Note: 5Ghz≠5G. 5GHz Is One of Two Bands For Wi-Fi while 5G Is The New Cellular Standard.
Does this camera support RTSP?
This camera is a battery type camera, all battery type cameras do not support RTSP.
Why this camera does not record for 24/7 continuous?
For battery cameras, if the camera does not detect any movement in front of it, the camera will automatically enter sleep mode to save battery. Battery cameras record continuously for a long time will speed up the speed of battery depletion.
Does the battery need to be charged immediately out of the box?
Each camera is fully charged before shipping, and it may run out of power during transportation. You can hold on the “POW” button to check if the indicator light on when you get the caemra. If no, use the type C cord to charge it for 4-5 hours.
How to view longer SD card/Cloud recording?
Once you set up SD card or Cloud recording, please clicking “Replay” under live feed and view SD card&Cloud recording. Do not go to Alert page, it’s 10s alert video.
