Directions

Shake bag after removing oxygen packet to ensure contents are properly mixed. Pour 3/4 cup of boiling water over 1/2 cup of media in the culture container or for larger cultures pour 1 cup of boiling water over 3/4 cup of media. Let mixture cool and add a pinch of yeast into the container . Add a medium such as excelsior or torn up coffee filters to give the flies more surface area. Add 50 – 100 flies and let the flies populate before removing them from the culture.
