Select between three modes on the EZVIZ APP: Full black and white night vision (spotlights off), full color night vision (spotlights on), and smart color night vision (spotlights auto activate when human movement is detected).

Are there any network requirements for the camera?
The camera supports connection with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi or network cable. Please turn off 5GHz Wi-Fi when you connect the camera with the Wi-Fi.
Why do I receive false alarms?
False alarms are related to the brightness of the environment and weather conditions. You can adjust the detection sensitivity in EZVIZ APP.
Why can’t I connect the camera to Alexa?
Open the EZVIZ app and go to “Device Settings – Image Encryption”, then disable “Image Encryption”. Because Alexa cannot read an encrypted video stream.
Do I need to subscribe to the cloud service?
No. Cloud storage is optional. You can also use local storage (MicroSD card slot, maximum 256 GB) and view the recording through EZVIZ App.
