Our Story – Designed & Developed by a Dentist
Dr. Anthony Lovat is a dentist, family man and founder of OPRO.
OPRO was born from an idea at Anthony's kitchen table over 20 years ago. The idea was that all children should have access to the very best protection for their teeth when playing contact sports. Anthony began organizing school and sports club dental visits, taking impressions of children's teeth and manufacturing dentist grade Custom Fit mouthguards.
Professional athletes began to see the benefits of OPRO mouthguards and gradually OPRO began to gain recognition within elite sport. So much so that today OPRO is the Official Supplier to the UFC, Pop Warner, AYF, USA Wrestling, USA Rugby and many more.
