H12 works effectively on both wet and dry messes, including liquids like juice, coffee, and milk, and debris like dirt, pet hair, and even pasta.
How well does H12 clean corners along baseboards?
H12 has a to-the-edge brush roller design to get within 5mm of baseboards, which allows it to clean very well along walls and inside corners.
Do I need to manually clean the brush roller?
In daily use, no. H12 cleans its own brush. Just press the button on the top of the handle while H12 is on the base. However, to ensure optimal cleaning performance we recommend also removing the roller brush and cleaning it by hand every two weeks.
Is H12 hard to push or maneuver?
No. The brush roller utilizes power from the motor to generate forward traction while working to help move the vacuum, making it easier to push and turn.
Does H12 leave streaks on the floor?
