With the MTN Trainer Lite Mid you can move faster and easier on any terrain, and it offers optimal performance even on rocks. Its highly durable, yet lightweight TPU coated upper features suede inserts for better stability and is combined with a GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort inner lining for long-lasting waterproof without compromising breathable comfort. The unique half-height boot last construction is equipped with our patented 3F system that connects the shaft area, sole and heel together for a comfortable, supportive and flexible fit. This is further supported by the shock-absorbing EVA midsole for lasting rebound. The shoe is equipped with a flexible ankle shaft, a heel stabiliser and a rubber toe cap for extra stability and extra protection. It allows your foot unrestricted freedom of movement and at the same time optimal grip. Features climbing shoe lacing system to the toe area that can be precisely adjusted for greater precision on technical terrain. Under the foot, the outsole guarantees reliable grip thanks to the Pomoco rubber compound and the tread pattern with deep studs and notches as well as the necessary versatility to be used for a variety of terrain types, from mud and grass to rock, ice and snow.
