ABL and GML Dual Leveling System. the 3D Printer built-in ABL automatic hot bed leveling technology, the leveling sensor is integrated into the hot end, no external leveling sensor is required. The Mizar S hot bed adopts a completely fixed design to fix the hot bed base plate on the bracket, which can effectively solve the problem that the hot bed needs to be frequently leveled due to thermal expansion and contraction deformation and the loosening of the leveling nut. The surface of the bed adopts the design of magnetic suction plate + steel sheet, which is easier to remove the printed model.
32-bit High Performance Motherboard & Touch Screen Control. The Mizar S motherboard uses a high-performance 32-bit MCU, which has a higher frequency than the AtMega2560, which means that the Mizar S has a faster printing speed. Mizar S uses a 3.5-inch color touch screen, combined with a user-friendly Ul interface, allowing users to easily use the printer.
Double Gear Extruder & Double Z-axis Screw. Using the BMG extruder to drive the filament with double gears can generate more torque. When printing at higher speeds, the filaments will not slip, and the model will not lack of filament due to slippage. Mizar S uses a dual Z-axis screw design, each Z-axis screw is driven by a stepper motor alone, which makes the Z-axis run more balanced and stable, and the print quality is better.
Quiet Drive. The motherboard uses the TMC2208 silent driver, which can effectively reduce the noise when the printer is working. The print head adds printing lighting, using an RGB three-color LED light, which supports users to adjust the two modes of color breathing light and white light. Material break detection. Power failure continues. The belt is quickly adjusted.
