What You Need ***NOTE*** for this iPhone Photo Stick Flash Drive Storage Album Saver Flash Drive
1). For a better experience, please remove the iPhone protective cases if necessary before using this photo stick for iPhone.
2). If you've used iCloud before to back up your files, you'll need to download the files from iCloud to your iPhone or iPad and then copy them to iPhone USB flash drive.
3).For iPhone and iPad — You have to download the APP “JD Memory” from APP Store for the first time using the iPhone Photo Stick on your iPhone & iPad.
4).For Android (with OTG Type-C connector) — No need to download APP. And you need to make sure your Android phones support the OTG function. Most Android devices with OTG function, can use iPhone flash drive directly when plugging, and can find the flash drive on your device in: File Manager. If your phone doesn't work, you need to open the phone set to open the OTG connection.
5).For Computer and Mac — ( no matter Windows computer, or MacBook, since they have USB port, they would be supported), No need to install any app. It doesn’t have the one click backup function for computer, so you need to do it manually if you want to back up or transfer photos from them.
6). Due to DRM (Digital Rights Management), we cannot transfer Music or Video files in iTunes or downloaded by the 3rd APP to this iPhone Photo storage memory stick.
