Error symptom Remedy
- The power indicator does not light up, the fan does not work and the welding current is missing:
- 1. Make sure the air switch is closed.
- 2. Check that the wire mesh is working.
- 3. Some of the (four) heat variable resistors on the power panel are damaged. In this case the general DC14V relay is open or the connections are poorly connected.
- 4. Power panel (bottom) is damaged, DC 130V voltage cannot be output.
- (1) The silicone bridge is broken or the silicone bridge connector has poor contact.
- (2) The power panel has burned out.
- (3) Check whether the contact and the plug-in cable from the air switch to the power panel have poor contact, check whether the contact and the plug-in cable from the power panel to the IGBT board are reliably connected.
- 5. The auxiliary power supply to the control center is defective.

- 1. Check if all types of cables between machines are making poor contact.
- 2. The output connector is defective
- 3. The output connector is defective or not properly connected. 4. The control circuit is interrupted.
- The operating indicator lights up, the fan is running, the fault indicator lights up.
- 1. It may be overheating protection, turn off the power first, then turn it on again after the abnormal indicator goes out.
- 2. Maybe it's overheating protection, please wait 2-3 minutes.
- 3. Possibly the circuit of the inverter is interrupted, unplug the mains plug of the main transformer, which is located on the IGBT board, and open the machine again:
- 1) If the fault indicator is still on, some of the field transistors on the IGBT board are damaged, locate them and replace with the same model.
- 2) If the abnormal indicator does not light up:
- A: The central PCB transformer may be damaged, measure the volume of the inductor and the volume Q of the main transformer across the inductor bridge. If the volume is too low, replace it.
- B. The transformer secondary rectifier tube may be damaged, correct the problem and replace the rectifier tube.
