Installation Notes:

1. Open the lid on the base, pour water or sand into the base, and tighten the lid.

2. Remove the plastic cover and put it on the threaded tube, tighten the threaded tube, and then place the plastic cover on the top of the spring. The four holes of the spring are aligned with the four holes of the base and then tighten the screws.

3. Move the foam to the top of the inner adjustable rod, then place the inner adjustable rod in the lower pipe, and adjust it to a suitable position with the control handle.

4. Fix the speed ball on the top of the adjustable rod with a screw, fix it with a nut, and then adjust the sponge cover up to cover the screw for protection.
