Because in the step 3, you need to switch the signal source corresponding to the HDMI port to see the boot logo.
• Step 2 – Connect the main unit to the power supply and connect to the TV. The packaged accessories have an HDMI data cable and a USB data cable. After connecting the HDMI and USB data cables to the main unit, connect the other end of the HDMI data cable to the TV. [VERY IMPORTANT] Then connect the other end of the USB data cable to your power strip with a USB charging port. If your power strip does not have a usb charging port, you need to prepare a usb plug yourself. Due to some policy reasons, we no longer provide usb plug.
