This product has been designed to exact standards, manufactured to the highest industry specifications and undergone rigorous testing. The 5 year warranty provided on our products is valid against defects in workmanship, manufacturing and materials for the period of the warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not extend to any damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accident or mishandling, including handling by third parties such as airlines/transit. The warranty does not cover replacement of other items that may have been purchased as a set.

All warranty claims must be supported with the original swing tag and proof of purchase, without which claims will not be valid.
