5MM carbon steel
- To cut 5mm carbon steel, use 20 Amps and 40-50 PSI air pressure, the cutting effect will look better, won't break the arc and cut smoothly.
- Please note that the cutting torch is a PT31/P80/AG60 torch. The wearing parts of the cutting torch need to be replaced frequently. If you need the cutting torch consumable parts, also can visit our store to purchase.
- Of course, our package also contains a set of wear parts.
- Please note the machine does not contain an air compressor, you need to configure it separately.
- Please make sure the air compressor capacity is not less than 60-70PSI. If the value is below 60PSI, it will affect the working time and the section thickness.

How to connect the air compressor:
- Seal the connection of the copper gas fitting and the 'IN' and 'OUT' terminals.
- Connect the regulator gasket to the installation location of the regulator.
- Attach the controller bracket to the two screws at the top of the back of the machine.
- Remove the mounting ring from the top of the controller and install the controller on the mounting bracket and reattach the ring.
- Release the gas valve, modulate the gas pressure to the prescribed pressure and press the button.
- The gas pressure is 4 times normal atmospheric pressure.
- If the water filter bottle is filled with water, remove the water.
