You can easily adjust the brightness and dimming level remotely from the Hive app to ensure the light level is just how you want it. Now you can control your downlights via the Hive app, so the lighting’s just how you like it, just when you need it without wasting energy. You can dim your living room downlights for movie night or keep your kitchen downlights bright so you can see what’s cooking. All with a tap of the Hive app. By setting up a Quick Action on your Hive app dashboard you can control groups of spotlights together. So, with one tap on the app you can turn all your lights on or off in one go, from anywhere. It can also be used with Hive Actions to get your home working seamlessly around you. It’s also simple to install and it’s the same size as a halogen bulb for maximum compatibility, meaning you can install it in an instant. For added security and peace of mind, you can set Mimic Mode which gets your lights to turn on and off in a varied pattern, making it look like someone’s home even if they’re not. Please note that for the Hive app you’ll need an Apple iPhone or iPad (iOS 9 or higher) or a device running Android (min 4.4).
